It's a spring concert, a community theater production, a flea market, an exhibit at the Art Center! It's opening day at the Adirondack Museum, a chicken barbecue and fireworks! It's an antiques show, big game season kickoff, Cabin Fever Sunday, a snowshoe race and Winter Festival! Whether your interests range from the artistic to the athletic, there are many exciting year-round events marked on our calendar for your visit to Indian Lake, Blue Mountain Lake and Sabael. Each season is filled with its own adventure and spirit. Don't miss out on the fun!

MAY DAYS
May brings the Memorial Day Weekend and the unofficial start of summer. This year the charity yard sale will take place on May 24th, 9:00-3:00pm. This is a fun time to "shop" for that gently used item that you can't do without and help local organizations earn money. Also all weekend there will be sales throughout the community with maps available at the chamber of commerce. The Methodist Church will also be holding their annual Chicken & Biscuit dinner on May 24th, starting at 5:00 pm. Don't forget that it is still rafting season and the trip is a great one so check out the guide and outfitters information to book your trip down the Indian and Hudson Rivers. Don't forget that Indian Lake will be celebrating their Sesquicentennial this year, so keep checking here for future events. If you are looking for a day trip or weekend excursion come and enjoy yourself in our small Adirondack town. Click on the May events link, below, for a full schedule of activities.
