Hemlock Hall

Nestled into the dark green pine forest of the Adirondacks and on the shores of the sparkling Blue Mountain Lake is Hemlock Hall, a perfect family retreat that feels millions of miles from the rigors of daily life.

As the dinner bell rings, throughout the season,  guests gather in the dining room for a delicious home-style meal of chicken and biscuits, roast pork, corned beef, or a full turkey dinner, prepared by owners Paul and Susan Provost.  Dinner is always a fun, convivial event, as it was when Paul visited here as a child with his family.  After visits with his parents Paul decided that someday he would like to own Hemlock Hall and his dream came true.

The lodge guestrooms are decorated in an easy-going rustic decor with a Victorian/Adirondack flair.   Original French diamond-paneled leaded windows overlook the surrounding area, letting in the sounds of the nearby brook. The fourteen cottage units with one to several bedrooms, and fireplaces are perfect for families with kids.

The accommodations include the 1898 lodge, ten Adirondack style cottages and four Adirondack chalets to choose from.  Many of them feature a comfortable porch and beautiful lake view.  The cottages and chalets have pine paneling and a rustic Adirondack decor.
