Rafting Season in Indian Lake!

Known as the "Whitewater Rafting Capital of New York," Indian Lake serves as the gateway to the legendary Hudson River Gorge.

The adventure typically begins with a high-energy  sprint down the Indian River before merging into the Hudson for a journey through remote Adirondack wilderness.

Depending on the season, you’ll navigate everything from the heart-pounding Class IV and V rapids of the spring snowmelt to the more family-friendly Class III waves of summer.

With local outfitters providing gear and guides, it’s a premier destination for anyone looking to experience the raw beauty of the river firsthand!
